JOB DETAIL

• Cooperate with supplier to support Failure Analysis Request from customer
• Review Analysis report from manufacturer before reporting to customer. Request for supplement document or information if necessary
• Explaining details in Analysis report to customer
• Gathering necessary information from customer to obtain appropriated and effective analysis result from manufacturer
• Supporting quality improvement activities for customer and manufacturer
• Visiting customers regarding quality objective
• Cooperate with Sale about inventory issue


• Understand basic knowledge about hazardous or prohibited substance
• Gathering necessary information from customer and create a survey request to Japan side
• Confirm and input document for necessary content


• Always gain more technical knowledge about semiconductor
• Maintain and develop good relation with customers and supplier also manufacturer
• Always keep communicating & sharing job status with customer and also supplier
• Gather information and situation in local and share to other branches
• Other quality related assigned job

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
• Bachelor Degree holder
• Japanese Skill (More than Intermediate Level)
• English Skill (More than Intermediate Level)
• 5 years or more of technical or production work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Logical thinking and good analytical skills
