1. Assist Divison Manager to control process of cargo reservation to ascertain where costs (ad hoc) can be competed and in line with trade lane and airlines strategy.
2. Deal and develop relationship with carriers and control direct (carriers) cost efficiently.
3. Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.
4. Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
5. Attend internal meeting with Customer Service, Sales and others related department teams when required and deligate to team.
6. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and console team when there is any issue.
7. Plan space efficiently for huge spot and regular business volume.
8. Monitor booking & planning for the efficient consolidation.
9. Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS (United Feeder Services).
10. Monitor the usage of Master Air Waybill of booking staff.
11. Coach team member to generate most benefit productivity work and remove non-profitability work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or Logistics related field.
3. At least 5 years of work experinece as Air Freight Reservation function from freight forwarding company
4. Intermediate level of English
