JOB DETAIL

Replacement Position
Department: Sales
Number of Subordinates: 12 (Average age around 30 years old up)
Report Directly to Senior Sales Manager
Sales Target: 140,000 kiloliter/dept.
Main Client: Domestic Clients

1. Work with Senoir Sales Manager to set up annual sales target in liter, sales margin, marketing activity plan, and marketing budget yearly, quarterly and monthly. 2. Work with sales team to set up sales plan and sales target (Total sales target and new customers target).
3. Monitor sales team to achieve sales target on monthly and quarterly basis.
4. Track sales performance.
5. Monitor customers, market trends, competitors and work with Senior Sales Manager to adjust pricing as well as sales promotion to ensure company competitiveness & achieve target.
6. Maintain good relationship with customers in all channels
7. Work with Senior Sales Manager to coordinate with Production team regarding the production plan & ensure the delivery schedule.
8. Support accounting department for Customer Credit Management
9. Ensure sales representative to follow up customers about bill payment.
10. Identify and develop a Distribution Network within the country to achieve company's objective. 11. Responsible for recruiting when it is necessary for sales team.
12. Visit new customers before open new account to prevent channel conflict.
13. Coordinate with QC&QA team for product control matter
14. Check job description of Sales Team, check about commission and incentive score for Sales Team
15. Approve new customers approval form and purchasing order

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in any related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience as Sales of lubricants or automotive spare parts in retail business.
4. Required strong leadership, selling, presentation skill and negotiation skills.
5. Advanced skill in Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
6. Upper Intermediate level of English
