New Additional Position
Monthly Target: Depends on division KPI
Report to Manager and Division Manager
1.Coordinate and arrange import - export shipment according to committed date in order to support customer requirement
2.Perform purchasing and sales activities for the on-going and new business
3.Achieve the assigned Sales and Profit Target
4.Undertake the day-to-day operation:
- Making quotation; invoicing;
- Verify freight bill/physical distribution expense;
- Generate ordering and shipment control schedule;
- Send shipment advice; shipping document to customers; and follow up tax and duty privilege

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 24-30 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
3. At least 1 year of sales experience in automotive industry
4. Good command in written and spoken English (TOEIC 600 or higher)
5. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
6. Able to visit client in industrial estate area (company's car and driver will be provided)
7. Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
