Replacement
Team of 3-4 staffs (All is female)
1. Coordinate with Sales for cargo arrangement.
2. Follow up information and status of cargo arrangement
3. Reply an arrangement schedule to customers about purchased orders and/or production plan.
4. Issue correct perchase orders and/or production plans by following instructions.
5. Communicate with overseas and/or outsource compounder for cargo arrangement
6. Monitor the level of storage stcock to be at appropriate level at all time.
7. Update stock status to related parties when facing problem about suppliers or excessive stock.
8. Oversee correct inventory under normal situation.
9. Consider inventory allocation for customers under standard cencept of allocation.
10. Monitor customer's sales & order situation for abnormal case and shared to related party.
11. Other tasks upon requested

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between28-33 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any field. (If graduated from Logistics field is an advantage)
3. At least 3 years as Logistics Coordinator (Import-Export/Logistics) in Trading company.
4. Must have experience planning and managing stock.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
6. Upper intermediate level of English (for internal & external purpose)
