•Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of EPP&EDR Tanium in 8x5 Operations.
•Ensure all incident escalation are properly tracked, escalated and with proper closure and assist in troubleshooting if required.
•Implement configuration changes and process requests from clients.
•Manage and maintain the security policies, device tuning and patching for the service and managing of the Tanium EDR solution.
•Monitor the infrastructure’s health and service’s availability and Resolve the incident tickets within SLA.
•Work closely with customer, the team lead/manager to ensure tasks are executed.
•Maintain existing operational documentation to ensure that any newest changes are captured.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Have security operation and/or IT operation experience (3 years or upper).
- Hands on experience engineering EPP Solution such as Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security.
- Hands on experience EDR and SOC Solution such as Tanium, CrowdStrike, SIEM, Splunk, Red Cloak, Securework, Trend Micro.
- Have experience vulnerbility scanning tools, patch management and compliance management.
- Have experience computer management and end point protection such as application control, drive encrpytion, firewall, etc.
- Capable handling threats with endpoint detected and respond (EDR) tools.
- Capable grap situation based on limited information and make suggestion under logical assumption.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills.
- 3 years of experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of an Enterprise Tanium solution.
- 3 years of experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security.
- Experience with Endpoint Security Operation, Endpoint Protection and Antivirus Management.
- Computer Management and Vulnerbility Assessment such as Tenable, Qualys, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, etc.
- Good English Communication Skills.
- At least one of following: Comptia Security+, CCISP, CCSP
