• Determine strategies, plan sales and manage sales target
• Help, supervise and develop the team to achieve the plans and goals set.
• Create innovations or new approaches to sales including market and competitor surveys for the ability to compete
• Expand new customer base and maintain customer base
• Solve various problems related to sales effectively.
• Coordinate with various departments both inside and outside the organization to make the operation go smoothly
• Other assigned tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Experienced in sales for 5-10 years old, Beauty clinic will be advantage
• Be able to motivate the team
• Love service, love planning and managing teams.
• Positive attitude, good emotional maturity
