JOB DETAIL

- Take care of the IT system of the office like a computer all office equipment and CCTV camera system
- Maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of Network, Hardware, Software, Operating Systems
- Get notified of computer repair / replacement parts Take care of the system and install the company's basic program
- Make corrections and additions to master data such as Master Data, access rights, and other tasks in the system according to the management authority.
- Produce training manuals and conduct training of end-users in the use of hardware and software.
- Support the implementation of corporate new solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments. Follow the action plan to correct and or develop the system, including preparing a document summarizing the results of the various steps.
- Coordinate with external IT departments
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Familiar with MS365 administration will be given as special consideration
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Passion, positive and creative to continue development the personal skills
- Good interpersonal skill and service minded
- Self-motivated, active and hard-working
- Fair Command of English 
- Have a car and able to travel upcountry (probably once a year)
