This is a position for a Japanese Start-up company in Bangkok.

- Identify and resolve the issues for the growth of the business, through data analysis, project management, and structuring.
- Discuss and negotiate with supply partners to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
- Collaborate with in-house manufacturing technology specialists based on expertise in - processing and factories. Especially work hands-on to improve the cost structure and manufacturing processes of supply partners for cost reduction.
- Share knowledge, experience, and best practices with team members to improve their capabilities and performance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in logically organizing and driving projects forward even in complex situations with many variables.
- Experience in quantitative analysis work such as cost planning, marketing, sales planning, and business planning.
- Professional experience in negotiating and discussing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English skill: Upper Intermediate (*Must be well enough to negotiate with overseas companies)
