JOB DETAIL
This is an administrator position for a Japanese Start-up company in Bangkok.
● Understand business operation and work process of the company
● Create and issue necessary quotations, documents and contracts
● Store necessary documents and conduct required book keeping
● Manage all administrative provision
● Purchase and manage equipment and control the equipment inventory
● Internal infrastructure maintenance
● Communicate and coordinate with staffs and stakeholders to take actions in a timely manner
● Understand and follow legal guidelines and restrictions
● Translate documents in Japanese to Thai
● Support the Japanese Managers in business trips
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Requirements]
[Must]
● 3+ years’ experience in office administrator
● Japanese Skill: JLPT N2 up
● Strong passion for solving social problem or feel the happiness of supporting people
● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staffs, clients, partners and stakeholders
● Fit for action driven and agile work environment
● Proficient in MS office or similar tool
● Strong aspiration for self-improvement and mindset to inspire and support the personal development of other team members
[Preferred]
● Experience in handling various tasks/issues in small-mid enterprises
● Experience in opening and setting up newly opening offices/branches
● Good at communication with the Government offices
● English Skill (Intermediate)
