JOB DETAIL

1. Maintain relationship with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
2. Manage and interpret customers' requirements and resolve client problems
3. Reponsible for Data entry with SAP system
4. Response to incoming emails and phone enquiries
5. Support and control customers' delivery issue
6. Coordinate with international vendors
7. Monitor and report issues/problems to manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female only, age between 23-25 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year work experience as 'Sales Coordinator/Sales Support/Customer Service Officer' from semiconductor or electronic parfts industry (If have experience from Japanese company is an advantage)
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Proficient in Excel.
