【Background】
This position is to perform the Business Development to generate sales lead for our company
Business Consulting services. Our company provides a wide range of business consulting services,
Supply Chain Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse
Operations, ERP Business Assessment, Finance and Accounting Business Process
Improvement, Budget and Business Planning, Human Capital Management Solutions and
Digital Transformation services. BD role is to generate the leads by
1) personal network,
2)planning seminar/webinar with consulting team,
3) partnership model.
BD can generate leads from
1) personal network, as this will be the foundation of the sales
leads generated from BD activities. We focus on Manufacturing, Automotive, Hi-Tech,
Process Manufacturing, Consumer Products industries and then expand to Retail,
Insurance, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications in the future.

【Job description】
1. Develop business consulting services leads in Automotive, Hi-Tech, Electronics,
Chemical & Materials Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution,
Trading and Services, Food & Beverage industries in Thailand.
2. Build relationships with CEO, CFO, CIO level to Business Unit Director and Senior
Manager level. Maintain long term relationship with clients with C level senior
management to continuously expand company business.
3. Understand the management issues of clients’ business and analyze the key
management issues and strategies of clients.
4. Understand the issues based on organization, policies, people and skills, business
process, technologies.
5. Understand company business consulting services in Business Process
Improvement, Finance & Accounting Solution, SCM and Production Improvement
Solutions, and HRM/HRD Solutions.
6. Identify opportunity for company solution, by understanding clients’ issues based on
the industry knowledge and insight.
7. Drive and facilitate proposal activities to deal closure, coordinating with Consulting
Team of company in Thailand. Mainly the proposal will be created by Consulting
Leads and not BD but need to provide input from business perspective of the
background and objective of consulting needs from clients.
the Consulting team is the key activity of BD.
8. Assist planning and execution of marketing programs and events.
hold seminars to attract new clients. BD will support on the plan, facility selection,
budget control, marketing activities, creating leaflets, creating contact list and follow
up sales activities.
9. Proceed sales administrative process and support the lifecycle of consulting project.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor’s degree or above（MBA preferred）
・Age between 28 - 33 years old
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・Experience of creating business process flow for Production Planning, Production
・More than 3 years of ERP or SAP System sales experience (SCM/Logistic/Financials)
・More Than 5 years of sales experience
・Basic understanding of Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management,Production, Finance and Accounting, IT solutions
・Basic IT skills
・Competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership) working on the consulting project.

【Advantage】
・Preferred to have been educated or worked in Japan in the past or worked for Japanese company.
・Language Skills: Japanese (Basic writing and listening)
・Usage of Business Process Management Tools
・Process Benchmarking experience
・Holds around 30-40 reliable contacts (CEO, CFO, CIO) of the companies that Company targets.
・Knowledge and insight of business issues in manufacturing, consumer product, retail, trading, and service industry.
・Sales experience at business consulting firms
・Sales experience at business application software like ERP, SCM. HR, CRM and etc.
・Knowledge and insight of business processes
