- Typically, a full time as an IT administrator support for 50 employees and hands on networking and server monitoring, both hardware and software configure, which you need to cooperate with Bossard Global as Bossard Group and Bossard Asia Pacific.

- You’ll be responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems. This role is important within any organization to ensure business continuity – if an IT network fails, the impact on the day to day running of the business can be significant, sometimes catastrophic.

- To ensure this doesn’t happen, you'll be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

- Upon to help colleagues with more basic IT needs. This will mean you’ll need to share your own knowledge to help others, including setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords.

- Moreover, you must know how to set budget or expenses for IT matter for each year by follow to what we must do, nice to have or should have to maintain our system to support to diary jobs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Thai nationality, Age is not over than 35 years old
• 3+ years’ experience in system administration (special consider on 5+ years)
• Associate or higher degree in a related field Information Technology
• Extensive experience with VMware
• Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
• Basic understanding of insurance goals and practices
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
• A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Microsoft architecture Windows, server and client
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware and software (including to IP phone)
• Good Leadership skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good time management
• Strong communication skills
• Good English language to coordinate works with Bossard Global as Bossard Group and Bossard Asia Pacific.
