JOB DETAIL

• Prepare RFQ, Quotation, purchase order; Prepare documents for tendering
• Put various information in the system and prepare a report.
• Coordinate with Thai customers focusing on the preparation of large volumes of Thai documents
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers, able to use English in reading and writing
• Translate Thai work into English and English to Thai
• Shipping and receiving products abroad and coordinate with freight forwarder, shipping, courier, customs department,
• Check Invoice, airway bill, invoice, outgoing bill.
• Check incoming goods and deliver products to customers in other provinces

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• Working experience for 3-5 years
• Experience in Freight forwarder, shipping, air bill, mainly focus on Air, but ship will be advantage.
• Be responsible and detail-oriented, also well-handled unexpected situation.
• Be able to use MS office and handle a lot of paperwork.
• Be able to travel other provinces, early morning and come back evening. Go by company car.
• When it comes to tendering or bidding, you have to come to the office at 6:30 am. This is a must.
• Good command of English both written and spoken
