JOB DETAIL

•Provide software installation, technical support and troubleshooting to customer.
•Provide CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software training to customer.
•Possess specialist knowledge of applications and software (CAD/PLM).
•Communicate with oversea partner and vendor for customer requirement and troubleshooting.
•Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry, manufacturing or engineering software business.
- Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software.
- Experience in instructor/trainer would be advantaged.
- Good Command of English.
- Knowledge of Engineering software CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM (CATIA would be advantaged).
- Knowledge of basic IT system (Windows, software installation, computer hardware).
