JOB DETAIL

- Day to day customer care stationed in Thailand through e-mail/phone/office visits
- Coordinate and support agent to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve job requirement & KPI, PO, Booking Schedule
- Develop business relationship with customer, update marketing database (including key-in database, market research, etc.)
- Secure new business with customers through coordination with related internal parties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 22 - 30 years old,
- New grad or 1-2 years Working experience in Shipping Business or logistic
- Bachelor's Degree of Logistics
- Good communication skills of English (both writing & speaking)
- Able to use Computer literate in MS office package
- High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, Logical Thinking, and Active Team Work
