Replacement Position
Position: Logistics & Order Transaction Staff
Department: Production & Planning Department
Report Directly to Manager (Thai) and General Manager (Japanese)

1. Receive purchase order and deliver to customer as requested
2. Handle and issue concerned documents as Tax Invoice, Delivery Note, etc.
3. Plan for deliver route
4. Report monthly sale volume to Sales Department
5. Handle and contact with shipping company and issued concerned document for export order
6. Co-operate with Quality System ISO 9001
7. Internal co-ordinate with sales team, accounting team, QC team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age 23-25 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in any fields. (Prefer in logistics related field.)
3. At least 1 year of experience as Logistic Staff (Import & Export)
4. Must have knowledge and experience in inbound and outbound logistics, transportation and warehouse management process.
5. If have experienced using SAP is ana adavantage.
6 Intermediate level of English
