[Clients : House projects, Highrise building]

Sales (Private House)
•Find project, initiate sales process since Main Contract, Contractor and Fabricator.
•Coordinate with Sales specification for every project stage.
•Create product awareness to target.
•Plan prioritize sales process and customer’s requirement.
•Manage relevant reporting for work process.
•Maintain and develop existing and new customers.
•Follow up related partner about project stage.
•Develop strong relationship with partner.
•Market research, competitor activities and analysis to manager.
•Regularly checking dispatch status with planning team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-35 years old.
- At least Bachelor Degree in related field (Architect, Engineer).
- 1-3 years experience in window & door business.
- Have an experience negotiate with DV, AC, MC and Fab.
- Good negotiation skill, problem solving, Work well under pressure, strong service mind, good interpersonal skill.
- Own transportation with driving license.
- Have a good relation with DV, Owner, AC and MC
