-Reporting to Japanese Managers in English every month
-MBO/KPI/KGI Evaluation for 2 department managers.
-Creating evaluation plan for Purchase and Sales operation staff members
-Using ERP/MRP to forecast purchase order
-Making monthly summary(Purchase amount/Stock amount) report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-English Skill (Intermediate level or above) *You will need to report to japanese managers in English
-Must have knowledge about MBO/KPI/KGI evaluation
-Must have experience in using MRP
-Purchasing experience for more than 10 years
-More than 5 years of management experience

-Japanese Speaking N3 up
