JOB DETAIL

1. Maintain and update information system security policies, standard and procedures to align with corporate strategies and global compliance policy.
2. Coordinate and support local, regional (Honda Group) IT compliance activities across technology and business projects.
3. Supervision in IT Software & Services such as Antivirus, MDM, DLP, System Logs etc.
4. Provide support, maintain communication, assist the team in accomplishing Global Services (Security Products & MS O365) and new requirements.
5. Follow- security-related trends, software, hardware, process, laws, compliances and other third parties to improve information security within the organization
6. Educate IT security awareness and how to use information systems safely to improve information security in an organization.
7. Identify inefficient IT processes that cause business risks—documenting the test findings and remediation testing.
8. Coordinate and support internal or external IT audit, IT risk, business process, or compliance audit.
9. Establish and schedule periodic security monitoring reviews to monitor and detect unauthorized access to the protected Company’s information system.
10. Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration tests for both internal network and the internet connection

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security & Compliance or related IT technical field.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in IT security and compliance field.
4. Experienced with compliance regulations/laws, security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, ISO, COBIT, SOX, OWASP OR ITIL)
5. Familiar with Security concepts related to DNS, Routing, Authentication, Communication, VPN, Firewall, Proxy Services and DDOS mitigation or Preventive Technologies.
6. Familiar with secure coding practice, ethic hacking and threat modeling.
7. Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 550 or higher). If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
8. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
