Department: Business
Subordinates: 6 staffs (Sales and QA-3 staffs and Customer Service-3staffs, average age is 30-40 years old)

Main Responsibility
1. Supervise overall of the department activity and performance of QA, Sales, and CS
2. Support all management tasks

QA Tasks:
1. Sort
2. Inspect parts
3. Audit
4. Report problem, concern, and clients' complaint

Sales Tasks:
1. Finding new customers & suppliers
2. Supervise and check quotation

Customer Service Tasks:
1. Control shipping and delivery
2. Control stock (Program: Formula and Excel)
3. Coordinate with suppliers and customers domestically and internationally (Japan, Indonesia, and China)

Other Tasks:
1. Translate and interpret from TH-JP, JP-TH,

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 40-50 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
3. More than 5 years in QA field.
4. At least 3 year of experience as Department Manager in automotive or steel trading business
5. Knowledge and experienced of documents regarding quality, inspection procedure such as PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan etc.
6. JLPT N2 with Upper Intermediate Level tested by PASONA Japanese Consultant
7. Intermediate level of English
