- Supervise, manage, and improve the work system of the production department to be effective in accordance with the
policies of the management.
- Coordinate and supervise the operations of the production department regarding various quality systems as well as apply the system to suit the production process.
- Manage the production to be able to produce quality products according to the specified standards and in accordance with the production plan as well as to ensure safety in production and to apply new production techniques for production to be carried out efficiently.
- Training and development of the production team.
- Following KPIs to increase production capacity, OEE, efficiency, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Supporting the company’s change management strategy.
- Optimizing production processes to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
- Analyzing problems and implementing corrective & preventative actions.
- Control the manpower to align with the planning of the production.
- Control production cost align with production planning.
- Ensuring that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety environmental policies and procedures to
ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Logistics, Management, or any related field
• More than 7 years in production management skills for a manufacturing company
• Good background in food science and experience in international business is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS. Office
• Good analysis, problem-solving
