JOB DETAIL

1. Release Tax invoice from SAP system, issue manual invoice for BOI/EEI process to for customer from freezone.
2. Submit original invoice to customer
3. Submit the temporary Delivery Note to logistic company
4. Receive transport's billing and check cost transportation charge
5. Responsible for account records in the system for costing and expenses.
6. Contact to folllow up with customer and driver (Before & After Delivery)
7. Cooperate with all internals and externals

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female only, age between 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
3. At least 2 years work experience as Accounting Staff from trading company with excellence skill in excel (If have experience from Japanese company is an advantage)
4. Intermediate level of English (as having to support client and supplier in Japan, Singapore, etc.)
