JOB DETAIL
A System Sales Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization,
from the initial sales approach through to completion. It requires to coordinate people and processes
to deliver projects and/or products on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to
objectives.
System Sales Manager also act as a point of liaison between the Customers (Distributors, System
Integrators, Dealers, and End Users) and Senior Management in JKTH, JKSG and JKC and regularly
report on the progress of the project and activities.
A key part of a System Sales Manager's role is to drive revenue and achieve the annual sales and
profit goal called YOSAN consisted with Subscribers, Infrastructure and Service revenue. JKC
product Forecasting and Production ordering is required to submit in the monthly basis with JKC SPI
format.
Another key part is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
System Sales Manager responsibilities
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project and/or products according to the plan using JKC SPI format.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and senior management.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/ or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the Customers (Distributors, System Integrators, Dealers, and End Users), and ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Provides strategic business direction and technical vision.
- Provides hardware and software support.
- Meeting or exceeding established regional territory sales targets thru strategic planning and promotion across multiple verticals.
- Evaluate and augment the vertical markets on a quarterly basis to enhance future sales
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- More than 5 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in Communications industry especially in
Two-way Radio business (Subscribers and Systems) recommended.
- Technical background is optional. Experience in Manager position
- Thai Native, English Fluent
- MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM Professionalism, Leadership, Negotiation and Presentation skill, Team player
