- Manage navigation and overall information architecture in order to improve the online experience for users, proactively identify, prioritize, and drive opportunities for ongoing process improvement.
- Leverage analytics, market research and usability testing to create and continuously enhance ongoing content and design strategy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of website experiences and identify unique opportunities to leverage content, creativity, and technology to drive or influence conversion rate.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites and app.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
- Male or female, Thai Nationality.
- 3 years of App and Website management experience.
- Good command in English.
- Thorough understanding of User Experience and Information Architecture.
- Ability to leverage analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), market research and usability testing to create and continuously enhance web content and design strategy.
- Ability to work with multiple people under competing deadlines and can change direction quickly, while maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail necessary for project success.
