JOB DETAIL

- Total management of legal organization of company in Thailand.
- Review, draft and revise contracts / agreements, business document and any other documents in term
of legal both in Thai and English.
- Provide Panasonic Group Governance and legal advice to The Group of companies in Thailand
- Handle interpretation of legislation and solving legal disputes
- Mange relationship with external organizations such as government (BOI, MOI, Custom department
etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai nationality)
- Age 42-48 years ‘old
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law.
- At least 12 years’ experience in reviewing / drafting contracts and providing legal advice
- Experience in Law firm or corporate international company.
- Having experience in Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing are highly advantageous.
- Good command in both written and spoken in English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
