- Responsible for the post-marketing planning of the developer's project, communicating and negotiating with the developers independently.
- Provide specific marketing solution proposals according to the project, sign contracts and follow up on matters, and complete the promotion of business related matters.
- Responsible for coordinating the internal resources of the company, the marketing department, the housing department and other professional departments to help the service project to advance smoothly.
- Through online and offline information monitoring, visiting intermediary companies on the spot, to reach distribution cooperation with them, and cooperate with developers in project marketing.
- Responsible for providing online customers with consulting services, understanding customer needs, monitoring projects that meet their needs, and accompany customers to viewing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female, Bachelor degree or above.
- Proficiency in English (Chinese is the advantage).
- More than 2 years of sales, with good connection with agency and developer are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Understand the nature of sales and have strong desire to challenge.
