JOB DETAIL
• This role leads offline retailers communication for company's consumer goods and home appliance product categories, with a key focus on the Thailand market.
• Good to have general knowledge of the market, ability to work closely and collaboratively across all internal functions to deliver business goals, as well as with external partners such as other brands, retailer accounts, and content partners to execute in-store plans
【Details】
• Role reports to the Singapore Country Sales Manager & MS&P to enable execution of the brands sales strategies, plans and KPI’s
• Manage full sales cycle which includes – product planning, pricing and promotions to achieve the sales target set.
• Play a key role in finding, generating and developing new retail and e-commerce partners to sell products to the end-users.
• Create and develop strategies to efficiently deliver expected revenue, unit and market share targets for Thailand.
• Anticipate and discover competitor’s activities, update all relevant persons accordingly and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a steady business and revenue growth

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Requirement】
• Thai male or female
• Age between 27-32 years old
• Expertise in retail/FMCG industries
• Having working experience for 5 years in sales or sales manager and handling consumer goods.
• Business level of English or above
• Good in communications and interpersonal skills
• Team player and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects
simultaneously.
• Developing communications strategies.
