JOB DETAIL
- Take care of all documentation, report, and filing.
- Prepare travel arrangements, expense report and reimbursement, and all items needed
- Arranging meetings and taking notes at meetings
- Coordinating with internal staff and external company.
- Go out for meetings with customers, suppliers, or other parties.
- Provide hospitality to all guests
- Any other work as per assignment.
- Report to Managing Director
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female only, Age between 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or Secretary
- Good personality, and friendly
- Able to travel upcountry
- English is Lower-Intermediate Level (mainly used for email)
- Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project
- Able to work well under pressure and have the flexibility to work
- Can speak Chinese is a big advantage
