- Order taking
- Customer's delivery Control cooperate with warehouse
- Outgoing logistics control on customers that responsible.
- Invoicing Customer service
- Making reports
- Forwarding, arranging and follow up documentation with client and salesperson.
- Additional task assigned by Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Graduated from BBA or any related filed
- Female or LGBTQ , age between 26 - 30 years old
- Working experience 3 - 5 years as a Sale Coordinator
- Good command of English for internal coordination with Japanese, documentation, and email tasks
- Good in Excel
- Detail-oriented and proactively work to meet deadlines and follow up until the end of process
- Problem solving & decision making skills
- Can start working immediately
