- Received PO from customer, Check inventory balance for delivery or provide PO to the parent company in Japan
- Entry SO from customer, Arrange and control shipment processes
- Follow up with forwarder till booking confirmation released; keep customers informed of shipping schedule (ETD, ETA)
- Submit Document for Insurance Policy issued

- Issue DG Application form and submit to shipping agency for space booking
- Keeping inventory control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
- Coordinate with warehouse to monitor order on hand, Issue weekly schedule and submit to warehouse; follow up empty item pickup
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
- Assisting with the management in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities and administrative tasks

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 22 - 30 years old
- At least 2-3 year Experience in logistic field.
- English is intermediate level
- Can work under pressure
