What you'll be doing?

- You will participate in the individual and team-based design and development efforts on large client websites.
- You will learn to and have the opportunity to consult on client project goals (UI/UX, Usability, etc).
- You will be part of a team that handles multiple clients and internal projects simultaneously.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education
-A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in the areas of Computer Science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, social sciences or business/marketing or related fields. Advanced degrees are preferred such as MBA/MS

We want you to have:
-Experienced with WordPress (developing custom themes, plugins, external integrations, Gutenberg block development)
-Experienced with basic PHP and leveraging WordPress Codex (core functions)
-Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (jQuery, vanilla JS)
-Some experience with cross-browser, platform, and device testing
-Some UI / UX skill and understanding of usability
-Demonstrated dedication to produce clean code that validates and follows industry coding style standards
-Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
-Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written in English

It would be a bonus if you had:

- Experience with Javascript MV* frameworks: AngularJS, Vue.js, etc.
- Experience with JAMStack: Gatsby, NextJS, Contentful, Headless CMS, etc.
- Experience with contributing to and working within design systems
- Experience with CSS / JS frameworks: Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc
- Experience with design deliverables and redlining
- Experience with optimizing website performance
- Experience with Source Code Management Systems: Github, GitLab, Bitbucket.
- Experience with Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience with development tools: node, npm, webpack, yarn, etc.
- Experience with third-party APIs (GraphQL, REST, JSON)
