JOB DETAIL

- Day to day customer care stationed in Thailand through e-mail/phone/office visits
- Coordinate and support agent to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve job requirement & KPI
- Develop business relationship with customer, update marketing database (including key-in database, market research, etc.)
- Secure new business with customers through coordination with related internal parties within company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 30-35 years old,
- Working experience 8-10 years with at least 3 years in Shipping Business.
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related field; major International Logistics is advantage.
- Good communication skills of English (both writing & speaking)
- Computer literate in MS office package
- High Responsibility, Well Organizing, Self-motivation, Logical Thinking, and Active Team Work
