Job Description:

[Branding and Marketing]
1. You will be in charge of branding for beauty salon services
2. Sales&Expense management,
3. Planning marketing/branding activities
4. Brand strategy execution
5. Ordering
6. Training of subordinates (around 50 people)
7. Monthly report preparation
8. Differentiation of services
9. Research for market's needs
10. Analyzing target segment
11. Reporting to Japanese GM

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements(MUST)]
・Must have business level of Japanese in both writing and speaking（JLPT N2 up）
・English intermediate level
・Skills: General PC skills such as Excel and PPT
・Personality: Patience, aspirations, leadership, honesty
・3 years of any kind of working experience at japanese companies before

[Preferred]
・Brand manager work experience (person with work experience such as sales management, expense management, overall business progress management) in any service industries
・3 years or more of experience in service industries and 3 years or more of marketing work experience
