Report Directly to Japanese MD
1. Oversee general company's internal operation.
2. Greet visitors, answer an incoming phone calls and deliver high quality service to our customers.
3. Coordinate appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
4. Supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staffs and delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
5. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
6. Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
7. Prepare reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.
8. Create presentations and other management-level reports. (Accounting document, financial statement, staff evaluation, salary data etc.)
9. Process and review the payment of monthly expense and salary.
10. Coordinate with Japan Head quarter, booking and control the shipment and delivery schedule (Air, Sea) to meet the customer target.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Female. Age between 33-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
3. At least 5 years of experience in office administration, office management, GA&HR and accounting administration from small company or start-up company
4. Upper Intermediate level of Japanese (Reading, writing, listening and speaking).
5. Intermediate level of English.
6. Driving license. (Company's car will be provided when visiting client or meeting outside)
7. Able to travel upcountry and abroad with Japanese management team.
8. If able to start working immediately is an advantage.
