JOB DETAIL

1. Lead a test team in conducting system integration test and responsible in working with stakeholders/development team in achieving the project implementation on time
2. Liaise with development team on defects tracking & resolution
3. Maintain and update accurate status of test progress to all team members and management level
4. Communicate with stakeholders about overall features and test plan
5. Prepare Test Plans, and control Test Cases as per company guidelines and standards
6. Coordinate with development team to prepare test environment readiness before start test execution
7. Manage test team to execute of testing of the software applications per agreed timelines
8. Maintain test documentations such as test plans & test reports etc.
9. Work along with the remaining test team on test procedures/standards/automation improvement areas and
provide suggestions
10. Involve throughout the software development life cycle following the CMMI standard.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 26-32years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 4 years of experience as Quality Assurance (Software) Engineer with basic knowledge or potential skill in programming with C/C++, C#, JAVA.
4. Intermediate level of English (If able to cummunicate in Japanese is an advantage)
