Department: Distribution Center

1. Supervise the operations in the warehouse to ensure quality and efficiency based on KPI of the warehouse.
2. Improve the workflow within the warehouse.
3. Control expenses in accordance with the annual budget.
4. Contribute in developing key performance measurement by ensuring that all KPIs are met.
5. Initiate new improvement proposal at least 2 projects per year and supervise operation to deliver 4 Kaizen in a year.
6. Ensure operation procedures are documented and controlled.
7. Develop staff training plan and ensure that the plan is achieved.
8. Responsible for DC routine reports to be in good format and ready for further analysis and making further decisions.
9. Make certain that the accidental rate within the warehouse is zero.
10. Receive all complaints and suggestions from clients and support these client to increase and maintain their satisfaction level.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 28-35 years old.
2. Prefer bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or Logistics Engineering field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management field with WMS system, experienced handling and managing projects, and experienced with Lean, Kaizen or quality control.
4. Able to work on some Saturdays (Depends on company's calendar, 298 work days and 67 holidays)
5. Intermediate Level of English
6. Able to work at client's site in Putthamonthon Sai 5, Nakornpathom.
