• Develop insights and data visualizations to solve complex problems and communicate ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Perform elements of data cleaning, feature selection and feature engineering and organize experiments in conjunction with best practices
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a timely and clear manner
• Explore the opportunity to propose a data mining methodology to solve key business challenges
• Explore new models and algorithms to improve our credit scoring.
• Explore new and enhanced model features to improve risk models.
• Collaborating with risk managers on reporting and evaluation techniques to support the interpretation of risk management data.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Thai nationality, male or female, age between 25-35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in risk management areas of banks or financial companies with 2 years in supervisory level.
• Experience in hire-purchase business of automobile would be an advantage
• Having knowledge in risk management tools will be preferable, such as SPSS, SAS, Python and Program R etc.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and Access.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
