JOB DETAIL

1. Provide help and advice to customers on company's products & services.
2. Communicate with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
3. Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants or customer service officers
4. Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
5. Develop feedback or complaints procedures.
6. Issue refunds or compensation report to top management & communicate to customers.
7. Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business or Logistics related field.
3. At least 5 years of work experinece as Air Import Customer Service Officer in freight forwarding industry with management experience.
4. Intermediate level of English
5. Able to work on every Saturday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
