JOB DETAIL
+ Process salary payments including variable pay (OT, Bonus and allowances), payslip and submit payment reports
to management.
+ Calculate and verify reimbursement of staff benefit, fuel subsidy and toll fee monthly.
+ Administers and update employees’ data in HR system and employees’ profile
+ Recruit a candidate including an interview and orientation.
+ Completes records, reporting, and other documentation required by the business, audits, government agency, etc.
+ Mainly responsible in preparation and process VISA, work permit, and other immigration matters for expatriates.
+ Arrange the bidding for group insurance and health insurance renewal.
+ Prepare a training for enhancing the knowledge and skills of employee.
+ Key in, check, control, and generate reports of staffs’ late, vacation, business, and sick leaves.
+ Generate and complete relevant forms of monthly/yearly income tax reports, social security funds, provident funds, etc.
+ Ensure mandatory training achieved 100%
+ To work and follow up by Compliance, ISO14001 and Group story.
+ Maintains company’s policies, compliance and regulations
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- At least 5 years' HR experience including HR administration
- Good command in English.
- High level knowledge on payroll applications and fair understanding on general accounting is advantage.
- Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills
