Additional Position
Position: Supervisor
Department: Production Control
Number of Team Member: 7 staffs (All Thai) and Department Manager (Japanese)

Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for production preparation management of new products and coordinate between customers and production company.
2. Manage master schedule and milestone
3. Solve and take action when problems arise and report to customer.
4. Prepare documents and present to top management, customer and production company.
5. Plan and promote activities in order to improve competitiveness.
6. Standardize operation and improve with team members.
7. Coach team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in in engineering related field.
3. At least 5 year of work experience in production control and new product preparation management.
4. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score more than 600 or higher is an advantage.
5. Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
6. Able to work onsite upon request (company's car and driver will be provided.
