JOB DETAIL

• To take action product quality improvement, corrective actions of the product claimed both internal and external
• To handle customer complaint and ensure that it must be corrected as soon as possible. Process audit at supplier company
• To verify and approve the Corrective Action Report for customer complaint and clarify customer the real root cause of the problems and satisfy customer for the corrective action implementation.
• Summary report to manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male only, Age between 27-35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and related fields
• 3-5 years working experiences in Quality Assurance Engineer in Automotive Industry
• Knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949
• Intermediate level of English
• Have good coordination skill and pleasant personality
• Strong in Logical thinking and analytical skill.
• Ability to work under pressure
