JOB DETAIL

1. Input Purchase Contract and Sales Contract to SAP System
2. Coordinate with Supplier & Customer for Delivery/Shipment
3. Input Purchase/Sales Transaction to SAP System
4. Arrange Payment Voucher/Collection Voucher
5. Follow up payment from Customer
6. Participate in Supplier Meeting or Customer Meeting if necessary
7. Make Sales Summary Report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age not over 30 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in International Business Management, Business Admin or other related field.
3. At least 1 year with direct experience as Sales Support, Sales Coordinator or Administrator (If have experience working in Steel Trading business is an advantage.
4. Able to use SAP
5. Intermediate level of English
