Division: Factory Support

1. Coordinate between Customer and Factory side
2. Responsible for 'Delivery Control' (Arrangement & Negotiation)
2.1 Received customer PO and FC
2.2 Acknowledge PO to Customer
2.3 Issue PO Factory in MAPS system
2.4 Issue FC in MAPS system
3. Responsible for SO, PO , FC Maintenance
4. Responsible for Price Maintenance (Selling Price) - Sometimes IT persons in Japan cannot support for any changes that occured
5. Responsible for input WW Schedule Update , Factory plan of weekly, Follow due date in PO and FC Customer
6. Responsible for input Sales Target and Achievement (Monthly Target, Goal Prospect and 3month FC) Follow PO and FC customer
7. Responsible for Order Matching with Customer
8. Responsible for Inventory Stock Control and Monitoring
9. Follow up deadstock with customer
10. Support other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 22-25 years old.
2. New graduates with internship experience as administrator or sales coordinator are welcomed to apply.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration or any related field.
4. At least 1 year of work experience in basic administration, logistic or Sales Coordination field from Japanese trading company (if have experience or knowledge about electronics parts is an advantage)
5. Intermediate Level of English
