Responsibilities include cash management, liquidity projections, treasury operations, bank relationship management, cash accounting, short-term investing and payments. Responsible for applying policies and procedures in the timely handling, processing and deposit of cash receipts or disbursements.
• AP Entry for Inventory, Expenses, Petty Cash
• Follow up and keep tax invoice (original) in file and run number for VAT and submission to Revenue Department.
• Prepare INPUT VAT report with reconcile by Monthly
• Reconcile Payment with Bank
• Liaise with suppliers for statement of accounts and respond to supplier queries

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in in Accounts Payable
- Strong computer skill in MS Office, especially in Excel program.
- English is lower intermediate level
- SAP, Any treasury system (would be an advantage)
- Able to start work immediately
