JOB DETAIL

• Develop and implement accounting procedures and process relating to AR and enforce system to reduce manual and increase of efficiency of AR accounting team
• Handle and responsible for overall accounting for AR and ensuring all recording transactions are prepare according to accounting policy or accounting standard and align with business requirement
• Monitor outstanding balance and provide supports to business unit to ensure that Suppliers pay outstanding amounts as per company policies
• Coordinate with the senior management regarding approval and decisions in relation to AR policy and outstanding AR
• Carry out any other task assigned by management from time to time
• Liaise with management and prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Experience in Accounting AR for 3-5 years
• Experience in Food industry
• MS office, especially in Excel
• Intermediate level of English
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
