• Work very closely with “Director” level, head of product owner and other stakeholders to define the roadmap and time frame for each product release
• Be central point of contact between business and technical team to clearly define scope, impact analysis and limitation of product and technical
• Responsible to decide unclear impact analysis of requirements that make changes to existing products or create new software products
• Lead architecture design to follow business strategies and review the designs to ensure the performance, scalability, maintainability, appropriate re-usability and ensure that solutions follow best practices
• Ongoing to create plan for technical improvements to our platform and service to increase efficiency and reduce latency
• Ensure the appropriate documentation of the requirements, architecture and knowledge are documented timely
• Responsible to review documentations created in architect team before sending to business and development team
• Research new and emerging technologies, lead technology evaluations and provide technical advice to management
• Responsible for being able to override or enhance result of work from enterprise architect and solution architect positions

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Able to do marketing (“selling” the results of architectural approaches through presentations)
• Understanding, modeling, and representing the organizations business requirements in a human consumable manner, as it relates to strategy
• Able to make modeling and graphical representations and abstractions
• Strong experience and in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following languages/ technologies
○ JavaScript/ TypeScript
○ Golang
○ Java
○ Python
○ Cloud/On Premise technology
• Understand in software Architecture such as SOA, Multi-Tier-Architecture, Microservices design skills
• Strong understanding in anti-pattern designing of Microservices
• Understand various development/architecture design principles (Event sourcing, Domain driven design, Saga, Orchestration/Choreography communication)
• At least 5 year-experience in application design, architecture and development. Understanding of software engineering processes and system development life cycle
• Strong Agile development experience and working with multiple squad team
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with other technologists at all levels
• Team leadership skill
• Actual experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise architect framework
• Have experience in design or develop at least 1 in below list
○ E-commerce platform
○ Data warehouse/lake knowledge
○ Warehouse management
○ Order management system
