1. Report problems that arise and follow up on situations that may affect the operations of the branch to the management. and propose solutions.
2. Develop employees' abilities, such as organizing monthly training meetings for branch managers as well as preparing an operating manual
3. Coordinating between branches, headquarters and external companies (e.g. department stores, business partners)
4. Interpreter in meetings (within the company)
5. Translate documents (Japanese - Thai)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
3. At least 2 years of direct work experience in manager level from Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail Business industry.
4. Business level of English (if have TOEIC Score 900 or higher is an advantage)
5. JLPT N1
6. Experienced living, studying or working in Japan.
7. Able to work onsite (branches within Bangkok area) upon requested.
