• Provide advice on solving problems, improving and developing work to subordinates.
• Coordinating relevant parties in solving problems at department/department level.
• Present project development of work systems, equipment, etc. to supervisors.
• Supervise the design and presentation of warehouse services to new customers or develop services to existing customers. by managing teams, alliances and coordinating with other departments in the company appropriately according to the needs of customers under reasonable cost.
• Provide advice to subordinates in planning service projects, defining scope, and supervising warehouse logistics engineering. to be within the scope and cost specified.
• Monitor and control the use of departmental budgets.
• Prepare Job Description and KPI of employees in responsible departments/departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Males or Female, age 30 years old up
• Bachelor's degree or higher Engineering/Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial, Transportation or other related fields.
• At least 5 years of working experience in cost design and inventory management.
• Experience in logistics engineering analysis will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience at supervisor level or above.
• Fundamentals of Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Competitive warehouse cost design skills.
• Have skills about service management.
• Project planning skills.
• Market data analysis and financial accounting skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Skills in managing documents and information.
• Computer skills such as MS, Office.
• Coordination skills and good human relations
