Job Description:

[Marketing and PR]
1. Contribute in marketing planning (monthly activities, PR campaign and promotion)
2. Work and communicate with KOL /the external PR agency / OCC and suchs to see all marketing activities executed as planned
3.Evaluating the effectiveness or result of all marketing activity (monthly activities, PR campaign and promotion)
4. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring monthly expenses.
5.Monitors other brands marketing activities and sales performance and suggest ideas to improve CM brand marketing planning

[Data management/ Report]
1. Updating and maintaining the marketing team's documentation and databases according to schedule
2. Prepare EC sale reports.
3. Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

[Others]
1. Supporting the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations, including EC operation
2. Remain current on industry trends related to cosmetic and skincare products
3. Handle stock control
4. Efficiently communicate with customers when needed to enhance customer satisfaction or improving EC sale

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

•Female 28yr up
•BA degree in any field
•Marketing Experiences at least 3 yrs, cosmetic business is a Plus
•Well-organized. Good interpersonal & communication skills
•Good Excel and PowerPoint skill
•English Skills (TOIEC 600 or Intermediate level of English)
